Pet Policy

Yes, we are pet-friendly! We welcome friendly cats and dogs weighing less than 45 pounds. Two pets per apartment maximum. Some breed restrictions apply. Pets must be at least six months old and spayed/neutered. A pet interview is required. There is a non-refundable one-time $400 cat or dog fee, and a $35 monthly pet rent.
